Jillian Perlmutter is a Los Angeles native and has consecutively worked in hospitality for 27 years, ranging from managing, serving, bartending to special events.

She has made a dynamic career for herself working with such restaurants as Spago Beverly Hills, Scarpetta at Montage Hotel, and The Farm of Beverly Hills, as well as opening new restaurants such as Thomas Keller's Bouchon, Susan Feniger's Street & Scott Conant's Scarpetta, to name a few.

Jillian's primary focus in hospitality is "Service" where menu knowledge is "key". Warmth and genuine hospitality is imperative and should arrive naturally while still having fun.

Her love and passion for the restaurant business began at a very early age and continues to flourish day by day.
