With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Jennifer Jo Berman has a uniquely broad
background in hotel and restaurant sales, catering, public relations, corporate meetings and special
events. Her extensive career working with luxury hotels and acclaimed restaurants is the cornerstone for
her ability to deliver exceptional service and sophisticated expertise to every project.

Jennifer's passion for the hospitality industry emerged early on in her life after finding joy in her favorite popular television show, Hotel.   Her attention to detail and guest service developed when Jennifer
frequently assisted her parents in entertaining numerous parties and events.   After graduating from college with a degree in Restaurant and Resort Management,  Jennifer embarked on her hospitality career with
Hyatt Hotels before being brought on by the legendary Hotel Jerome in Aspen, Colorado.  As a result of her
sales and public relations efforts, The Hotel Jerome was honored with hosting Food & Wine Magazine's
"Best New Chef's Dinner", as well as HBO's U.S. Comedy Arts Festival.  As the Director of Catering & Conference Services, she was responsible for organizing and executing everything from celebrity weddings
to Fortune 500 conferences to spearheading a private event for President Clinton.

Jennifer relocated to California and went to work for the Patina Restaurant Group as Director of
Catering Sales on the opening team for the Hotel Zoso in Palm Springs.  She developed effective sales and marketing materials as well as implemented policies and procedures to launch and operate a professional
Catering Department.  That success led to a transfer to Orange County where she was responsible for
managing exclusive events at the newly opened Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall.

The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel took notice of Jennifer's world-class events and hired her on
as Director of Operations, Destination Services.  Responsible for the sales & operations of enhancement
services for social and corporate groups,  Jennifer created stunning weddings and first-class programs
for companies such as Estee Lauder, Roth Capital, Fortune Magazine and The Boeing Company.
Her expertise in off-site catering and creating a wow in every event lead her to handling elite programs
hosted by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

Jennifer's commitment to the hospitality industry has led her to volunteer her time to Share our Strength,
a nationwide non-profit organization committed to ending childhood hunger.  As Operations Chair for the
Taste of The Nation event in Orange County,  Jennifer's efforts have produced several events and raised
thousands of dollars for the cause.

After more than twenty years of experience in hospitality sales, catering, public relations and special
events, Jennifer has joined The Hospitality Collective as the Sales & Special Event Production executive
and focused her efforts on creating and managing special event departments on behalf of our clientele.
